Ethical Standards

“Cherry” factories are audited annually by independent organizations like SGS, BV, RCS, GRS and ITS and the reports are uploaded onto sharing sites like the “SEDEX”, “BSCI” and “R.S.C.”, the suppliers ethical data exchange, linked to many respected Retail Organizations.  We conform to and in many cases exceed the minimum standards required by the ETI base code.

Quality

We do stress the greatest importance on quality control.  An independent department has been set up to monitor and maintain the quality of all incoming raw materials and outgoing merchandises.  We also execute in-line and final inspection during the production processes.

 We use a "points system" to monitor the quality of our incoming raw materials.  Colour continuity is closely monitored along with weights and widths.  All production has random "in-line" quality control from cutting to sewing and final packing.

 Every garment is fully inspected prior to packing and we then utilize AQL inspection systems before dispatch.

 Our factory does strictly comply with all the rules, regulations and standards of safety including all arrangements for fire prevention facilities and the safety policy of handling broken needle in use at production area.  Customers are invited to approve every item of our facilities and equipment.
